Radical Care Navigation

Radical Care Navigation provides practical support for queer, trans, disabled, and neurodivergent folks and their loved ones navigating healthcare, identity document changes, paperwork, benefits, and finding affirming providers for folks located in the so called “United States”. I also provide emotional peer support for marginalized survivors of abuse. My goal is to make complicated systems feel more manageable while respecting your autonomy, needs, identity, and lived experience.
I help folks:
– Find affirming providers and resources
– Gender-affirming surgery navigation
– Navigate name and gender marker changes
– Paperwork assistance
– Apply for and manage benefits such as SSI/ SSDI and Medicaid
– Other care coordination and administrative tasks
– Support processing hard feelings
