The Queer Business Alliance (QBA) is a nonprofit dedicated to dismantling heteronormative narratives in business and empowering LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs. With a proud emphasis on Queer identity, QBA champions the notion that entrepreneurs do not need to conform to a single identity box. Recognizing the contributions of the Queer community to the economy, QBA offers an array of resources, including workshops, mentorship programs, and micro-grants, specifically tailored to LGBTQ+ business owners. QBA is committed to amplifying transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming entrepreneurs, and it does not put up further barriers to entry through certifications or applications to join.

It welcomes the collaboration of other Queer organizations and works to create space for transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming folks to thrive in the business world. By providing a platform for education, mentorship, and financial support, it aims to make entrepreneurship equitable and attainable for everyone.
