I grew up in the Tampa Bay Area of Florida, and though I’ve never loved the weather or crowds (or bugs), orange groves, salt water, and Jimmy Buffet music are woven throughout who I am. Having extended family in Indianapolis made moving to Indiana an easy choice when my husband was offered a transfer in 2019, and we soon fell in love with the kind neighbors, good schools, and support for the arts in our community. I’m a proud mama to three smart, creative, and talented young people who are turning out to be really great humans and are constantly teaching me new things. One of my kids, and many of my kids’ friends, identify as LGBTQ+, and in getting to know these amazing kids and young adults, I have come to think of them as family as well. I have always strongly believed that every space should be a safe space for all people, and try to express that my potential clients will be welcomed and their talents celebrated, no matter their gender, orientation, race, or culture. All I ask is that we are all respectful, kind, and live with integrity.
As someone who has worked with and cared for those experiencing neurodivergence and mental health challenges, I strive to create an inclusive and empowering environment, and I work with my clients to ensure they feel understood and comfortable. My goal is to meet my clients where they are in life, and to use my experience, skills, and tailored communication to provide the clarity and guidance they need to navigate their business finances with ease.
