Trauma-Informed Therapy for Autistic & ADHD Adults
I offer LGBTQIA+-affirming therapy for autistic and ADHD adults, trauma survivors, and neurodivergent couples. Many of my clients have spent years masking, overcompensating, or feeling “too much” or “not enough.” Therapy becomes a space where they can feel safe, understood, and fully themselves.
My work integrates trauma healing, somatic therapy, and attachment-focused work to help clients reduce overwhelm, heal past wounds, and build deeper, more secure relationships.
Great referrals: late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults, high-achieving professionals experiencing burnout, LGBTQIA+ clients seeking affirming care, and couples wanting better communication and connection.
I am committed to providing LGBTQIA+-affirming care and strive to create a space that is welcoming, respectful, and inclusive of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures. Many of my clients come to therapy navigating questions of identity, belonging, and relationships, and I approach this work with humility, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s lived experience.
My values as a therapist center on kindness, connection, and authenticity. I offer an affirming, nonjudgmental space for polyamorous and kink-identified clients, and I practice from a HAES-aligned, anti-oppressive perspective. If this feels like a good fit, I invite you to reach out.
